FuelWatch is advising motorists to fill up Wednesday, as the cost of unleaded petrol increases by 7 cents a litre to $1.33/L the next day.

Most Coles Express sites are increasing unleaded prices by 13c to $1.39/L and the majority of BP, Caltex, Caltex Woolworths and Puma Energy sites to $1.35/L.

Wednesday’s cheapest fuel, $1.20/L, can be found at Peak Armadale, Puma Energy Armadale and Maddington, Caltex Woolworths Canning Vale and South Lake, Coles Express Southern River and Waikiki.

Caltex Woolworths Whitfords and Gull North Perth will also be selling at $1.20/L.

Thursday’s cheapest unleaded, $1.20/L, is available at Coles Express Forrestfield, Caltex Woolworths Beckenham and South Lake, Coles Express Southern River and Waikiki, and Gull North Perth and Landsdale.

Along with Puma Energy Wanneroo, Caltex Woolworths Morley Galleria and Caltex Woolworths Greenwood.

The average price for diesel on Wednesday is $1.32/L and will increase by a cent the next day.

Cheap diesel prices for Wednesday can be found at United Neerabup, Puma Energy Neerabup and BP Koondoola at $1.24/L.

There are still over 35 sites selling below $1.25cpl, which you can view on FuelWatch’s website.

The difference between the highest and lowest priced sites is 18cpl, which means you can save up to $10 on a 60 litre tank of fuel.

Perth’s weekly petrol prices are, on average, cheapest on Wednesdays and at their most expensive on Thursdays.
