Exhibitors at the 2015 ACAPMA National Conference & Expo can expect to have their product or service promoted to about 300 potential customers from around Australia.
Which is why Companion Software General Manager, Stuart Ramsey, has already booked a booth – for the fourth year running.
Companion Software supplies integrated software solutions for the fuel wholesale and distribution sector, and Stuart sees the ACAPMA Conference & Expo as the perfect opportunity to meet with existing and potential clients.
“While people do come to the conference to hear the latest from industry experts and government, a lot of them also see it as a chance to catch up with contacts from around the country,” he said.
“We always bring the latest solution we have so they can see how they will benefit.
And over the years, the National Conference & Expo has also offered Stuart insight into how the industry has changed and developed.
“When we first exhibited, we were one of only two software providers that exhibited – now there are about 6,” he said, adding the Companion Software point of difference is that it was developed from within the industry.
The National Conference & Expo also gives Stuart and his colleagues the opportunity to keep abreast of their competitors, and learn first hand about regulatory changes and industry updates.
The conference, to be held on the Gold Coast in September, is the fuel and convenience sector’s key annual event, bringing together industry leaders and experts from around Australia and the world.
ACAPMA CEO Mark McKenzie said a diverse list of speakers will present under the theme, Changing the Dynamics, ensuring delegates receive up-to-date industry news and tools that can assist their business growth and development.
“Delegates who attend the conference and expo are the decision-makers at their organisations,” Mark said.
“On top of this, the conference attracts well-regarded policy and opinion leaders who are on the vanguard of innovation, development and regulation of the entire industry.
“This translates to a unique opportunity for you to access and network with senior representatives of leading Australian companies, and our exhibition prospectus has been designed to offer multi-tiered exhibitor opportunities to best fit your exhibition needs, providing each exhibitor maximum reach and exposure relative to their level of commitment.”
“Exhibiting at the conference will give your organisation access to qualified leads, and with some great packages on offer – including Expo Connect, which gives you savings on future years as well – the return on investment has substantial potential.”
The event, from September 22-25, will also include social gatherings at the conference venue – the Marriott Resort and Spa on the Gold Coast.
