Pricing error made by a customer service representative at BP Gladstone has now been addressed.

Between 9.38am and 10.18am six customers were charged incorrectly for ultimate diesel, according to a spokesperson from the company.

The price was corrected once the customer service representative was alerted to the issue.  All prices at the site are now correct.

One customer has received a refund and the remaining five customers will be offered a full refund for the mistake.

The incident was a simple case of human error, and BP apologises for any inconvenience to their customers.
