With less than two weeks to go, the 2015 ACAPMA National Conference & Expo is shaping up as the place to be for those who work in the petroleum and convenience industries.

With the theme of “Changing the Dynamics” the conference program is an impressive mix of education, information and networking opportunities.

“A diverse list of speakers will present and address key industry issues during the Conference business sessions ensuring you leave the event with up to date industry news and tools that can assist you with your business growth and development,” ACAPMA CEO Mark McKenzie said.

The event kicks off with a Welcome Cocktail Party and Expo opening, sponsored by Arthur J Gallagher and featuring a keynote address from V8 Supercar rising star Chaz Mostert.

The following morning, enjoy the New Sunrise-sponsored Business Insights Breakfast featuring one of the country’s chief economists, the Commonwealth Bank’s Director (Economics), Global Market Research, John Peters and a surprise announcement from ACAPMA CEO Mark McKenzie.

The first full day of the conference will include plenary sessions focusing on consumer attitudes including the release of an independent research report; a debate on the future of LPG; and the ACAPMA AGM.

That night, delegates can don their white suit, put on their white shoes and let their hair down at the White Pool Party, sponsored by PetroBonds.

“Set in the beautiful surrounds of the Marriott lagoon and pool, you will be amazed with feathered and glittering entertainment and shows never seen before at an ACAPMA event,” Mark said.

On the second day of the conference, delegates will be treated to a session on the changing legislative landscape, forecourt safety – and hear ACAPMA’s solution to the issue; and gain some valuable insight into what experts believe the petrol and convenience industry will look like 20 years from now.

Meanwhile, throughout the full three days of the National Conference & Expo, exhibitors will be showcasing trends and technology that are sure to give delegates an edge over their competitors.

On the final night, the event wraps up with the UNIGAS sponsored Gala Dinner Cirque de Burlesque, a fresh, fun and devilishly unpredictable evening that is sure to delight and amaze.

The 2015 ACAPMA National Conference & Expo will be held at the Marriott Resort and Spa, Surfers Paradise, from September 22 to 25, 2015.
