A MAN has been arrested after a pursuit of a stolen car in the western suburbs.
Police found a stolen blue Holden sedan on Regency Rd, Dudley Park, about 11.15pm on Wednesday.
Police allege the car was involved in a drive off from a petrol station at Davoren Park an hour earlier and was stolen from Blair Athol on Tuesday night.
Police pursued the car along Churchill and Grand Junction roads before it collided with a traffic light at the corner of Hanson Rd.
The driver ran from the car but was quickly arrested by police.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with minor injuries.
A Davoren Park man, 27, was arrested for drive dangerous to evade police, illegal use, drive unlicensed and disqualified, and making off without payment.
He was refused bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
