PETROL prices are varying by more than 20c/l at service stations across Adelaide, according to the RAA.

The state’s largest motoring organisation said motorists could save up to $20 per tank if they take advantage of the huge price gap between those retailers charging up to $1.20/l and those offering under $1/l.

According to the RAA website, many stations in the CBD, and those in the outer southern, northern and northeastern suburbs are selling ULP for more than 118c/l.

In contrast, most other stations are selling at around the high 90 cents range.

The website says the best prices were 95.7c/l at Liberty on Richmond Road, Richmond,

Mogas on Marion Road, Netley, and the Woolworths site at Marion Road, West Richmond.

Prices by postcode are available on the RAA website to help drivers identify the cheapest deals in their neighbourhoods.
