A MAN has been reported for drink driving after crashing into a glass window at a Kilburn car wash.

Police were called to a petrol station at the intersection of Churchill Rd and Northcote St, at 7.30pm on Saturday, to find a car had crashed into a car wash window partition.

Police will allege the driver returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.237, more than four times the legal blood-alcohol limit.

No one was injured in the crash.

A Kilburn man, 50, was reported for exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol and for driving without due care and his licence was immediately cancelled for 12 months.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
