PLANS for a second fuel station along Butler Boulevard are currently out for public comment.

The City of Wanneroo has invited submissions until Thursday, March 24, for the proposed mixed use development along a future extension of the road, east of Butler Station.

The proposal involves the construction of a 7-Eleven service station and convenience store and a Muzz Buzz Coffee drive-through on the corner of Bruff Lane and Benenden Avenue.

Designs and artists impressions by Brown Falconer of the Blackmont Property Group development, which would be called Brighton Central, are available on the City’s website.

The North West Metropolitan Development Assessment Panel approved an application for a Caltex service station and convenience store in Yanchep in last Friday.

The $3.2 million development would be built next to the existing McDonald’s fast food outlet on Peony Boulevard.
