Petrol station property owner Viva Energy REIT will list on the local bourse on August 3, sources told Street Talk.

This column understands a prospectus will be lodged on Monday. The company will embark on an investor roadshow between July 18-22.

Joint lead managers Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch started marketing the float last month.

Street Talk can reveal the co-lead managers on the initial public offering are Wilson HTM, Morgans, National Australia Bank and Craigs Investment Partners. The broker firm, or retail component of the transaction, is slated for July 18.

The float will be among the biggest of 2016 amid soft levels of equity capital markets activity.
