BP has confirmed that following the implementation of the special format BP David Jones stores in a project that commenced in August 2019 and saw 35 sites across Sydney and Melbourne delivering the specialised offer, a review of strategy has led to both parties agreeding to worth through a managed transition that will see an end to the dual branding.

While the David Jones branding will be gone BP have confirmed that the focus on fresh top quality products will remain with the BP spokesperson saying “bp remains committed to delivering the best possbile experince for our customers and will continue to acticly pursue our stratefy of transforming retail conveince and putting customers at the heart of everything we do”

BP have expressed confidence that this commitment to a fresh and healthy food offers will resonate “with our customers, who lead busy lives and want easy access to healthy and delicious food, alongside bp’s other high-quality products and fuel offers”.

The partnership is ending amicably with BP wishing “David Jones all the best in its future business activities”.
