Churchill Development Group managing director David Schuh said the serviced offices, which will be called Chamberlain Boardrooms, would be one of the main drawcards for tenants.

“We’ve noticed demand from people who are growing their small businesses who want to move out of their homes and into office space,” he said.

Tenants at Chamberlain Boardrooms will have access to a rooftop garden as well as private, secure, fully furnished office spaces.

Mr Schuh said there has was leasing interest from other food retailers and a bottle shop at the Slacks Creek site due to its proximity to Logan suburbs including Park Ridge, Yarrabilba and Logan Reserve.

The service station, which will be one of four on Kingston Rd within a 1.5km radius, will open mid next year with construction expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2022.
