December is typically a frenetic time for the wholesale and retail fuel industry.  In addition to the usual Christmas madness, there is harvest, floods, fires and peak consumer travel.  On top of all of it the end of the year means a raft of public holidays that impact vital compliance operations, like superannuation processing.  So now is the time to plan to deal with public holidays and closures to ensure that superannuation submissions remain compliant, because the dramatic late payment fines will apply, season of good will or no.

    • Any payment received after 15/12/2021 17:30 AEDT will NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL 4/1/2022
  • Customer Support
    • Customers support contact centres will be closed from midday AEDT Friday 24th December 2021 until 08:00 AEDT Tuesday 4th January 2022

Superannuation Checklist

Superannuation is a vital part of employment compliance and is an entitlement of staff.  It is incumbent on all operators to understand their obligations and to comply with them.  The Superannuation Checklist provides detail on not only the questions to ask, but links to the resources for compliance
