Three boys have been arrested after allegedly storming a service station north of Brisbane while armed with a knife, causing the staffer to flee to a storeroom.

Three boys have been arrested after allegedly storming a service station north of Brisbane while armed with a knife to steal cigarettes at the weekend.

Caboolture Police have arrested three boys after an armed robbery that occurred on Saturday, March 26.

Police allege that about 10.30pm the three boys entered a petrol station and convenience store on Beerburrum Road, Caboolture.

Police allege one of the boys threatened the attendant with a knife and demanded cigarettes.

A second boy then allegedly demanded money and cigarettes.

The attendant unlocked the cigarette cabinet and fled into a storeroom.

Police further allege one of the boys then jumped the counter and stole cigarettes, while another stole food.

All three boys allegedly ran from the store.

The attendant was not physically injured.
