Police are seeking the assistance of the public to locate a man following a service station robbery.

Just after 5pm on Friday 29 July, the man entered the service station on Gulfview Road at Christies Beach and threatened staff, stating that he had a weapon in his possession.

The man stole an amount of cash and fled in a silver Mazda 2, registration S570COI (similar to the one pictured).

Fortunately, no one was physically injured during the robbery.

Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV or has any information on his whereabouts is asked not to approach him but to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Triple Zero (000) in an emergency.
