ACAPMA Members are reminded that the Annual General Meeting is set down for 17:00 AEDST (Sydney Time) on Thursday 11 December 2025. The AGM will be held via Zoom.
The ACAPMA Annual General Meeting is held every year as required by the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, and is a wonderful opportunity for Members to explore the detailed Annual Report and to participate in the setting of the agenda for the associations activity for the coming year.

ACAPMA Members have two options to engage with the AGM;
- Online via Zoom
- Via a Proxy – if a member is unable to attend in person or online they can still have their voice heard in general business and their vote made on motions through passing their vote to a Proxy – contact communications@acapma.com.au for information and assistance with delegating and communicating a Proxy
