Ross is a Mildura based fuel distributor, community activist and regional arts supporter with a long-standing interest in Murray River water management and water politics and community development.
Ross trained as an economist, then as a school teacher followed by a stint as a lawyer, but is now an “accidental fossil fuel capitalist” in his job as Managing Director of Tasco Inland Australia.
He received the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to arts administration, to social welfare, and to the community
