ACAPMA Conference 2026 delegates are invited to the inaugural Women in Fuel Luncheon, proudly presented by 7-Eleven, an opportunity to connect with industry colleagues, celebrate leadership and innovation, and hear from inspiring voices from across the fuel and convenience sector.

The luncheon will feature a keynote from Fiona Hayes, CEO of 7-Eleven Australia and a panel of special guests over a two-course lunch at the Lakeside Pavillion, overlooking Albert Park Lake.

This special event offers a relaxed setting to network, share ideas and enjoy meaningful conversations over a meal.

With 150 seats available, registrations are essential (see below).

WOMEN IN FUEL LUNCHEON 2026
Leading Through Disruption

In a time where disruption is constant and the pace of change continues to accelerate, building a successful and meaningful career has never been more complex or full of opportunity.  The traditional pathways to growth are shifting, and individuals are increasingly being called on to adapt, evolve, and rethink what success looks like over time.

This panel brings together senior leaders, including 7-Eleven Australia CEO Fiona Hayes, to explore what it truly takes to build and sustain a career in the face of ongoing disruption.  Drawing on their own journey the panel will share honest reflections on pivotal moments, challenges, missteps, and the decisions that shaped their path.

Rather than focusing solely on organisational strategy, this conversation will centre on the individual, on how to navigate uncertainty, stay relevant and create momentum even when the future is unclear.  We’ll explore how leadership, mindset, and adaptability play a critical role in turning disruption into a catalyst for growth.

Through open discussion and real-world insights, the session goal is to inspire new ways of thinking about career development, encouraging each person in the room to reflect on their own path and identify practical steps they can take to grow, evolve, and thrive in a changing environment.

Ultimately, this session is about empowering individuals to not just respond to disruption but to use it as a platform to build a stronger, more intentional career.
